A Brief Bio About Me

Imaginative, creative with an associate degree in multi media design along with about 1 yr. of graphic design study at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh; Online division.

I am seeking full or part time work from home creating images for online content. I am currently running Adobe CS3 and am very versatile with the tools in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I also love to take pictures with my digital camera for inspiration and for use in my art.

While learning graphic design my course work included typography, design history, and digital design which I believe will be useful as an artist at Freepik. In addition to my studies I have worked as a production artist for sports team wear heat pressing and embroidering. While working I learned more about how to create clean designs for multi purpose logos and emblems.

For my portfolio I have tried to include a variety of vector samples which I believe are versatile with a lot of room to modify. Some of the pieces are original drawings which may look easier to create than they actually are. Other pieces were inspired by photographs that I have personally taken and with a little imagination might be taken much further on the design level, meaning I believe each piece may be applied for multiple communication purposes.

I am a dependable employee with great work ethics and I follow instructions as given. I am a quick learner and excited to take on new challenges. I believe in maintaining excellent communication with my working team members and strive to contribute my best.
